INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

1. General Provisions:
People accessing this hotel shall be obliged to come into effect with these Regulations, if they do not contravene Law 13/2011, of 23 December, on Tourism, Decree-Law 13/2020, of 18 May, establishing extraordinary and urgent measures relating to hotel establishments, coordination of alerts, promotion of theming, reactivation of the cultural sector and flexibilization in various areas in view of the situation generated by Coronavirus (of Hotel Management), and other applicable regulations.

2. Access, admission and stay in the establishment:
This hotel is for public use and free access, with no restrictions other than those derived from the legal provisions and these regulations. The admission and stay of people in this
establishment will only be denied for the following causes:
a) For lack of accommodation capacity or facilities.
b) Failure to comply with the admission requirements established in this regulation.
c) For adopting behaviours that may cause danger or inconvenience to other users or for hindering the normal development of the activity.
d) For exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room, either for overnight stay and for temporary stay in the same room.

When the aforementioned circumstances occur or the persons incur in one or more of the restrictions listed above, the staff responsible for the establishment may require them to leave, upon payment, if any, of the accounts unresolved/pendant for the provision of services and consumption or use. If necessary, assistance will be requested from the security forces according to article 36 of the Law of Tourism, and article 25 of the Decree-Law of Hotel Management.

It is expressly stated that free access to the facilities, services and accommodations of this hotel establishment will not be denied or restricted to persons who want to do so, for reasons of sex, religion, opinion or any other personal or social circumstance.

3. Check-in and admission document:
The person or people requiring to make use of the rooms, the common facilities and, if applicable, the complementary services detailed in these Regulations, must present their
identification documents for the purpose of admission and registration in the Hotel’s register. Once the person or persons have been registered, the establishment shall draw up an admission document stating the name, category and registration number of the establishment, number or identification of the assigned room, number of people who will occupy it, dates of arrival and departure and the dietary regime agreed upon and, when contracted directly, also the price of the lodging. This admission document, completed, must be signed by the interested party to formalize their admission, once informed of the existence of these Regulations and of their rights and obligations.

The complementary services offered and provided by this establishment or by other persons or entities, are detailed at reception. These complementary services shall be formalized in their corresponding documents and shall be settled in accordance with the conditions agreed upon, as the case may be.

RULES OF COEXISTENCE

4. Rights and obligations of users
Users shall have free access to the establishment and may remain therein subject to the limitations contained in these regulations.

Users have the right:

  • To receive truthful, complete information prior to contracting the services offered.
  • To have their safety, privacy and tranquility ensured in these services.
  • To correspond to the agreed conditions.
  • To be given an invoice with the regulatory formalities, for the services contracted directly.
  • To be given the complaint forms if they wish to make a complaint.

Users are obliged to observe the rules contained in these regulations, which they expressly accept upon signing the admission document, and those dictated by the Management on safety, coexistence and hygiene for proper use of the establishment.

Users must prove their status as guests, showing the admission document when required, respecting the facilities and equipment of this establishment and paying the amount of the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice or according to the conditions agreed under Article 21 of the Decree-Law. The presentation of any claim does not exempt from the obligation of payment of the contracted services.

5. Rights and obligations of the hotel
This establishment may request the assistance of law enforcement officers to evict from its premises users who violate these regulations, who intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the hotel service and also, where appropriate, to persons who are not registered as users, attendees at banquets, conventions, etc.

According to article 4. 3 “However, the regulations on admission of persons in establishments of public shows and recreational activities will be applicable to the complementary services that fall within its scope of application”.

The accommodation units can only be accessed by people registered for this purpose, as stated in article 2.e of the Decree-Law.

This establishment may request a guarantee of payment for the contracted services, in accordance with the applicable regulations, and charge the corresponding amount to the
users’ account for damages to the facilities, furniture and elements of the establishment due to negligence or misuse of the same, prior to the corresponding complaint and ther
appropriate legal procedures, always in accordance with the established provisions of the current regulations on consumers and users subject.

It may also vary the schedules of the different services of consumption, use and enjoyment throughout the seasons, depending on seasonality, reserving the right not to admit users outside these hours or when the maximum authorized capacity is exceeded or when requested within the limits of admission, thereby impairing the work schedule of such services. The aforementioned services, the details of their programmed schedules, their prices and conditions of use, are exposed in the accesses to the same and, in summary form, if any, will be in the existing directories in the accommodations, which also contain information of the evacuation plan for emergency cases.

This establishment is obliged:

  • to give its prices maximum publicity at reception and to have them available to users.
  • to inform these users, prior to their hiring, of the conditions of services provision and their prices, as well as to provide them with the highest quality, according to their category and in the contracted terms.
  • to ensure that users are treated correctly, taking care to attend and maintain the facilities
    and services in good condition.
  • to have complaint forms and to inform of their existence.
  • To provide users who cannot attend, due to overbooking, an accommodation in an establishment in the same area, of the same group, modality, if applicable, specialty, and of the same or higher category. The expenses or surcharges arising from such cause shall be borne by this establishment that, on the contrary, will return to the user the differences that occur in their favor.

6. Periods of occupancy of the lodging units:

Users are entitled to occupy the accommodation unit from 2 p.m. on the first day of the contracted period until 12 a.m. on the day indicated as the date of departure. However, on peak occupancy dates, the availability of the accommodation unit may be delayed by two hours.

By agreement between the parties, a different occupancy regime may be agreed upon, which, if applicable, must be reflected in the admission document. The prolongation in the occupancy of the accommodation unit for a longer period of time than the contracted will cause the obligation to pay for an extra day and, in the event that the user wants to stay more days than those specified in the admission document, there must always be an agreement between the parties.

7. Prices, invoices and information
The common areas existing within the establishment are free of charge.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY PERSONNEL OUTSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND / OR OUTSIDE THE HOTEL PROPERTY: The hotel establishment is not responsible for the price, nor for the use of tools, fixtures and other services or data, provided inside or outside the premises of the hotel establishment, or staff outside it.

The rates with the prices and conditions of the different types of accommodations, catering services, laundry, and complementary services of the hotel and of people or entities outside are detailed at the reception, available to users who request them.

The billing of the lodging rates shall be computed per day and according to the number of overnight stays. The minimum billing per accommodation shall be the amount of an overnight stay or day, this being understood to be completed at 12 noon on the day following the date of entry.

The establishment may require its users, at any time and upon presentation of the invoice and receipts, the payment of the services provided outside the accommodation, even if the payment of this had been agreed in advance.

In any case, the complementary services of obligatory character for the establishment (due to the group or category of the same), are the responsibility of this establishment (both in the correct provision of the service and in its prices).

Invoices will only be provided for accommodation and services contracted directly by users.

USE AND ENJOYMENT OF FACILITIES and SERVICES

8. Reception
All the necessary formalities for the admission of people to the establishment will be carried out at the reception, and the keys or cards to access the accommodations will be kept there. The manager, together with the reception staff and, where appropriate, concierge, are responsible or relationship centers with users for all internal matters of the hotel establishment, information and advice from them.

9. Safety Deposit Boxes
A safe deposit box is installed in each accommodation for those who wish to use it. At the reception, you will be informed of this free service and its conditions of acceptance and use. The establishment is not responsible for the loss of objects or valuables that are deposited in these boxes. The hotel will only be responsible for thefts deposited at reception under deposit, up to a maximum of 6,000 euros.

10. Laundry-dry cleaning service
In each accommodation you will find information with the conditions of these services, their prices and the staff collecting the clothes, will inform you of the times of delivery and return of garments. The establishment is not responsible for the garments that due to their conditions or compositions of use, shrink, discolor or deteriorate.

11. Early breakfast service
If a guest checks out before the breakfast room is open, he/she will be able to enjoy a cold breakfast. In order to have access to this cold breakfast, you must notify the front desk the day before (before 2:00 p.m.) the date on which this service is to be provided.

12. Miscellaneous
Minors are not allowed to use the elevators without being accompanied by a responsible adult.

Animals are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of guide dogs.

It is not allowed to wander around the common areas without footwear and with naked torso.

After 10:00 p.m. it is mandatory to keep the appropriate silence in the corridors and accommodations in order not to disturb the rest of other users.

Before entering the consumption centers, users must show the admission document or card to those responsible for the same, in order to control the charges that correspond to them for the consumptions they make.

It is not allowed to hang clothes on the railings of the terraces.

It is expressly prohibited in all areas and facilities of this establishment, the use, consumption or possession of dangerous products and substances, in application of current legislation on public health.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the facilities, including the rooms.

In order to guarantee the security, privacy and tranquility of the users, this hotel establishment has technical devices of electronic surveillance, with permanent recording elements, in corridors and other general or common areas.

It is strictly forbidden to cook in the rooms, as well as the use of electrical appliances such as water heaters without authorization from the management.

MINORS: No room reservations will be accepted, nor stays in the same, by minors unaccompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times. The hotel may require
written authorization from the person responsible for the minor, together with a photocopy of his/her identity card, by any means that accredits the minor’s agreement with the stay at the hotel (fax, mail, etc.).
