CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

1. General Provisions:
Any person accessing this hotel establishment shall be required to comply with the following regulations, provided that they do not contravene Law 13/2011, of 23 December (on Tourism) and Decree 13/2020, of 18 May, both of which set out extraordinary and urgent measures relating to hotel establishments, alert coordination, thematic promotion, cultural-sector reactivation and flexibility in various areas resulting from the situation caused by Covid 19 (on hotel management), and other applicable regulations.

2. Access, admission and stay in the establishment:
This hotel establishment is for public use and has open access, with no restrictions other than those arising from the legal provisions and the above-mentioned regulations. A person will only be denied entry to or the right to stay in this establishment for the following reasons:
a) Due to a lack of available accommodation or facilities.
b) For failure to comply with the admission requirements established in these regulations.
c) For behaving in a way that might be dangerous or cause discomfort to other hotel users or hinder normal activity from being carried out.

When the circumstances indicated above occur, or one or more of the restrictions listed above are incurred by a person(s), the establishment staff may require them to leave, after paying, where applicable, any outstanding bills for services and consumption. If necessary, assistance will be requested from the security forces in accordance with Article 36 of the Tourism Law and Article 25 of the Hotel Management Decree.

It is expressly stated that free access to this hotel establishment’s facilities, services and accommodation will not be denied or restricted to any persons who wish to do so, for reasons of sex, religion, opinion, or any other personal or social circumstance.

3. Check-in and admission document:
The person(s) wishing to use the accommodation units, the common facilities and, where applicable, the complementary services detailed in these Regulations, must present their identification documents in order to be admitted and recorded in the establishment’s register. Once the persons have been registered, the establishment will draw up an admission document stating the name, category, and registration number of the establishment, the number or identification of the assigned accommodation, the number of people who will occupy it, the arrival and departure dates, the agreed food plan and, when contracted directly, the price of the accommodation also. Said admission document, once completed, must be signed by the interested party to formalize their admission, once informed of the existence of these Regulations and about his/her rights and obligations, the original document will be delivered to the user and a copy shall remain in the establishment.

The additional services offered and provided by this establishment, or by other persons or entities, are detailed at reception. These additional services will be formalized in the corresponding documents and will be settled according to the conditions agreed upon in each case.

RULES OF COEXISTENCE

4. User’s rights and obligations
Users may freely access the establishment and remain there under the stipulations contained within these regulations. Users have the right to:

  • receive truthful, complete and prior information prior to contracting the services offered and,
  • that their safety, privacy and tranquillity are ensured when using these services;
  • that they correspond to the agreed conditions;
  • that, for the services contracted directly, they will be given an invoice with the regulatory formalities, and
  • that, if they wish to make a complaint, they will be provided with the complaint forms.

Users are obliged to observe the rules contained in the Regulations, which they expressly accept upon signing the admission document, and those dictated by the Management regarding safety, coexistence, and hygiene for the proper use of the establishment.

Users must prove their status by showing their admission document when requested, respect the establishment’s facilities and equipment, and pay the amount for the contracted services at the time of being presented the invoice, or according to the conditions agreed upon as stated in Article 21 of the Decree. The presentation of a claim does not exempt the user from being obliged to pay for the contracted services.

5. Rights and obligations of the hotel company
This establishment may seek the assistance of law enforcement officers to evict from its premises any users who fail to comply with the Regulations, who intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the hotel service and, where applicable, to evict people who are not registered as users, or attendees at banquets, conventions, etc.

Only persons registered for that purpose may access the accommodation units, as stated in Article 2.e of the Decree.

This establishment may request a payment guarantee for the contracted services, in accordance with the applicable regulations, and make the corresponding charge to the users’ account for any damage caused to the establishment’s facilities, furniture, or elements due to negligence or misuse, after the corresponding complaint and other appropriate legal procedures, always in accordance with the provisions of current consumers and user regulations.

It may also vary the schedules of the different services related to consumption, use and entertainment over the seasons, depending on seasonality, reserving the right not to admit users outside of said hours, when the maximum authorized capacity is exceeded, or when it is required within the admission limits, thereby affecting the work schedule of said services. The aforementioned services, the details of their scheduled times, their prices, and the conditions of use, are displayed where the services are accessed and summarized in the directories located in the accommodation units, if there are any, which also contain information on the emergency evacuation plan.

This establishment is required to:

  • Fully publish their prices at reception and make them available to users.
  • Inform said users of the services’ provision conditions, and their prices, prior to contracting them, as well as provide them with the highest quality services, in accordance with their category and under the contracted terms.
  • ensure that users are treated properly, ensuring that the facilities and services are attended and maintained in good condition.
  • have complaint forms available and inform people of their existence.
  • provide users who cannot be accommodated due to overbooking, with accommodation in an establishment in the same area, of the same group, type, and specialty, if applicable, and of the same or higher category. Any expenses or extra charges arising from such a case will be the establishment’s responsibility, which, if not, will refund to the user any differences in the user’s favour.

6. Periods of room occupancy:

Users have the right to occupy the hotel rooms from 2 pm on the first day of the contracted period until 12 pm on the day indicated as the departure date. However, on dates of maximum occupancy, the room availability may be delayed by two hours.

By agreement between the parties, a different occupation regime may be agreed upon, which, where appropriate, must be reflected in the admission document. Extending the room occupancy for a period of more than that agreed, will result in the obligation of paying for one more day. In addition, in the event that the user wishes to remain in the accommodation for more days than those specified in the admission document, there must always be an agreement between the parties.

7. Prices, invoices and information
The establishment’s public areas are free of charge for guests.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY PERSONNEL OUTSIDE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND/OR OUTSIDE THE HOTEL PREMISES: The hotel establishment is not responsible for the price, nor for the use of tools, equipment and other services, or data, provided within or outside the hotel establishment premises, nor for personnel outside of the same.

The rates with the prices and conditions of the different types of accommodation, catering services, laundry, and complementary services, whether our own or provided by third-party persons or entities, are detailed at reception and available to users who request them.

Accommodation rates will be billed by the day and according to the number of overnight stays. The minimum billing per accommodation will be the amount for one overnight stay or day, which is understood to end at 12 noon on the day following the date of entry.

The establishment may require its users, at any time and upon presentation of the invoice and its receipts, to pay for services provided other than accommodation, even when payment for this has been agreed in advance.

In any case, the complementary services that are mandatory for the establishment (based on its group or category) are the responsibility of this establishment (both in terms of the correct provision of the service and of its prices).

Invoices will only be provided for accommodation and services contracted directly by the users.

USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE FACILITIES AND SERVICES

8. Reception
The reception will handle all necessary procedures for booking in guests to the establishment and will keep the keys or cards for accessing the rooms. The manager, together with the reception staff and, where applicable, the concierge, are responsible (and the contact points) for interacting with users in relation to all of the hotel’s internal matters, information and advice.

9. Safety Deposit Boxes
Each room has a safe installed for those who wish to use it. You will be informed at reception of this free service and its conditions of acceptance and use. The establishment is not responsible for the loss of objects or valuables that are deposited in these safes. The hotel will only be responsible for the theft of items delivered to reception for deposit, up to a maximum of 6,000 euros.

10. Laundry-dry cleaning service
In each room, you will find information regarding the conditions for these services and their prices. The clothing collection staff will inform you of the garments’ delivery and return times. The establishment is not responsible for garments that, due to their condition or type of use, shrink, discolour, or deteriorate.

11. Early breakfast service
If a client is leaving before the breakfast hall opens, he/she will be able to enjoy a cold breakfast. To have access to this cold breakfast, he/she must notify the reception desk the day before (before 2:00 p.m.) the date on which this service is to be provided.

12. Various

  • Minors are not permitted to use the elevators without being accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Animals are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of guide dogs or police dogs.
  • It is not permitted to wander around the public spaces and areas without shoes or with a bare torso.
  • From 10 p.m. onwards, it is mandatory to be quiet in the corridors and rooms in order not to disturb the other guests.
  • Before entering the food areas, users must show their admission document or card to the people in charge in order to control the charges that correspond to them for the food they consume.
  • Hanging clothes from the balcony railings is not permitted.
  • The use, consumption, or possession of dangerous products and substances is expressly prohibited in all the establishment’s areas and dependencies, in accordance with current public health legislation.
  • Cooking in the rooms is strictly prohibited, as is the use of electrical appliances such as water heaters, without prior authorization from the management.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of the facilities’ areas, including the rooms. If smoking is detected in the room, a 30€ penalty charge will be made to the guest’s payment card to cover the extra cleaning cost.
  • It is forbidden to bring bicycles or skates into the rooms.
  • Even with the “do not disturb” sign posted on the door, hotel staff will have the right of access to the room for cleaning, as well as visual control by maintenance staff. THIS WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO GUESTS.

MINORS: Room reservations and stays in rooms by minors who are not accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times will not be accepted. The hotel may require written authorization from the person responsible for the minor, together with a photocopy of the minor’s ID, that accredits, by any means, the minor’s consent to stay at the hotel (fax, email, etc.).

In order to guarantee the security, privacy and peace of mind of all users, this hotel has electronic surveillance devices installed, which make permanent recordings, situated in the corridors and other general or public areas.
